Recipients of personal data

If you contact us by email, we process the information contained in your enquiry, including the contact details you provide, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and handling any follow-up questions.

Where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries addressed to us and maintaining business communication.

The data contained in your enquiry will be erased once the enquiry has been conclusively resolved, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require longer storage.

Framer Analytics

We use Framer Analytics, an analytics service provided by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to understand how our website is used and to improve its content, usability and performance.

Framer Analytics provides aggregated information such as visitor numbers, page views, viewed pages, traffic sources, countries, device types, bounce rates and session duration. According to Framer, the service does not use cookies or comparable tracking technologies and the analytics data is anonymised.

Where technical data is processed prior to aggregation or anonymisation, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in analysing and continuously improving the effectiveness, usability and performance of our website.

Interactive map

We use Leaflet to display an interactive map of our portfolio locations. The map tiles are provided by CartoDB Inc., 307 Fifth Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10016, USA, and are based on data from OpenStreetMap.

When the map is loaded, your browser establishes a connection to CARTO’s servers. In particular, your IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of access, and the requested map tiles may be transmitted to CARTO. We do not use the map integration for tracking or profiling.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a clear and accessible visual representation of our portfolio locations.

CARTO may process data in the United States. According to CARTO, international data transfers are safeguarded through the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, where applicable, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
